Credit must go to the track curators at Heartland Raceway on the night. The track was racy allowing for multiple lines of racing which was displayed during the feature and not one red light all night.
Defending Series champ Mark Caruso made the 10 hour trek from his SA home finished in P6 and then turned around and made to 10 hour trek back home. These guys must be the most travelled team of the series and turn up
with the same dedicated crew show after show. “It’s a credit to the A1 team, they have certainly shown there 360 Aust 1 car at as many race tracks as possible this season.” Searle tells us.
